At the Nissala Estate, the beauty of landmark buildings coupled with first-class equestrian facilities melt into the landscape in a harmonious and timeless fashion. The main building, built in 1912, grasps beautiful Jugend style architecture, which also can be seen in the other buildings surrounding the courtyard. An integral part of the heart of the Nissala Estate is its vast landscaped gardens, which have been restored to their former glory.

The equestrian facilities meet all of today's tough professional requirements. Big stables, functioning grooming spaces, and high quality arenas, both indoor and outdoor, provide a perfect base for professional training.

The main villa

You feel instantly welcomed to the main house with its harmonious color choices and the lovely Jugend details. High-quality materials in combination with the century old atmosphere of the house make this home unique. The living room, main kitchen, second kitchen, dining room and library are all situated on the first floor. The large living room is a natural central point of the house. The many bay windows and light colos give ample light and a very spacious atmosphere.

Additional buildings

In addition to the main villa, you have multiple yard buildings available on the plot. The little villa is a wooden, 162 sq. m. Jugend style house. The building was built with the inspiration of the main villa, however, in a much smaller scale. The hunting lodge on the yard, is a perfect destination for intimate dinners and celebrations. The sauna from 1912 provides its residents with lovely relaxing and soothing sauna moments. Let's not forget the beautiful courtyard, equipped with a summer kitchen, a stunning greenhouse and a play cottage from 1912.

The private road next to the main villa's garden leads to the waterfront of the Vitträsk lake. The 40 sq. m. sauna by the lake was built in 2007, and invites for relaxing baths with views to the lake. A unique bathhouse is situated west of the sauna, on the other side of the peninsula. The original bathhouse from 1910 is a real treasure and adds additional charm to this lovely whole.
